Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Launch Lords ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Launch Lords provides technology and digital infrastructure services for businesses, including but not limited to:

• AI-powered reception and automation systems
• Agentic workflow automation
• Conversion-focused website development
• Integration of communication, CRM, and scheduling systems
• Consulting and system architecture for automation infrastructure

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement, proposal, or statement of work between Launch Lords and the client.

Client Responsibilities

As a client of Launch Lords, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
• Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or materials in a timely manner
• Ensure you have legal rights to all content, data, or materials provided to us
• Pay all fees as outlined in the applicable service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Delays caused by missing information, approvals, or materials from the client may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Client Materials

Clients retain ownership of all materials, data, and intellectual property provided to Launch Lords. By providing such materials, you grant Launch Lords a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client will own the final deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

Company Materials

Launch Lords retains ownership of its proprietary systems, frameworks, automation architectures, tools, templates, processes, and methodologies used in delivering services.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due upon receipt
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing

Launch Lords reserves the right to pause work if payment obligations are not met.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat confidential information shared during the engagement with reasonable care and not disclose it to third parties unless:

• Required by law
• Necessary for delivering services (e.g., subcontractors or service providers)

This obligation survives termination of the service relationship.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Launch Lords will perform its services with reasonable skill and professional care. However:

• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or operational metrics
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party platforms or services

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Lords shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services related to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Launch Lords, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these terms
• Your use of our services
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately in the case of a material breach that remains unresolved after reasonable notice
• If the other party becomes insolvent or unable to fulfill contractual obligations

Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services completed up to the termination date.

Force Majeure

Launch Lords shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, internet outages, or third-party platform failures.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
